Registration Guidelines

If you are an existing customer, we want you to have full access to the site and the information available that is specific to your account. To safeguard your account information, we will need you to provide your account number and an e-mail address. You may need to talk with our customer care department if you are having trouble registering. 1-800-421-3746 Depending on the information you provide – one of the following will occur:

• If you sign up with an email and a valid customer number, and the email matches the primary email in our records, you will be registered as a B2B Admin.
• If you sign up with an email and a valid customer number, and the email matches the secondary email in our records, you will be registered as a B2B User.
• If you sign up using an e-mail address that does not match any records, you will be registered as an "Inactive" customer. This account can be activated by the group admin or ATK Customer Care.
• If you sign up using an email associated with a different customer number in our records, the account will be registered as "Inactive" and can only be activated by ATK Customer Care.
• If you sign up with an email and customer number – neither of which are in our records, the account will not be created. A message will prompt you to either sign up with the correct customer number or register without one.
• If you sign up with an email but without a customer number, you will be registered as a B2C user.
